we picked a rainy day to look for a car, and it was great for us! Hamid met us at the door, we explained what we were looking for, and he led us directly to a car to test drive. It was not ready for us to test drive, but we agreed on a price and were able to come back the next day to go for a test drive before signing papers. We came in the weekend after thanksgiving to have a look at a car we saw online. Unfortunately that car wasn’t the one for us, but Dillon was incredibly helpful in showing us what lease inventory was coming at a car we saw online. Because he showed me that one, it stopped me from following through on purchasing a car from Audi Burlingame that didn’t quite have everything I wanted. I waited for the one to arrive at Audi Stevens Creek and the minute it arrived he texted me to let me know, so I could come in and check it out. I went in about an hour and a half later, checked out the car, and decided to go for it. Dillon was working with 3 other clients buying cars at the same time, but was so gracious to help us. He also worked out a good APR for me. Although I would have loved the price to have been a little bit lower, I understand that with my purchase came the service and commitment from Audi Stevens Creek. I am happy with my purchase and hope one day I can come back for a new car! More
