The service here is absolutely terrible. The service advisor “Calvin“ feels the need to be extremely sarcastic passive aggressive, and rude. I have had a terrible experience with him every time I brought my car to have it serviced and I’ve seen other customers walk out yelling at him and explaining to him how important it is to be nice to the customers. He has also tried to convince me to repair a few things on my vehicle that did not need repairing. He “guaranteed“ that if I did not Replace a part on my vehicle it would go bad within a few weeks. It’s been over a year and there is still no issues with it. Anything but professional. More

I came in to lease a vehicle and return a leased vehicle. The vehicle I was returning was very low miles and I returned it paid in full and turned it in five weeks early. In return I asked for a cargo tray, The vehicle I was returning was very low miles and I returned it paid in full and turned it in five weeks early. In return I asked for a cargo tray, all weather mats for my new leased car. I was given a cargo mat and a 50 dollar coupon. I thought the sports rack was a privacy screen in a box in the back and asked if I could swap that out for a privacy screen. No was the reposes. I was told the dealership loses money on leases. I am underwhelmed by the lack of a larger picture view. More
