More importantly, the purchase experience was outstanding. The initial sales and downpayment with Tyler Turner, as my sales rep, went smoothly with a happy negotiation on the final price. Took about 4 months for delivery (COVID issues at the factory) but the car arrived a few days ago and I completed purchase. I traded in an older model Honda Accord in excellent condition with relatively low mileage and received a very fair price for the car beating what CARMAX offered (this was after we completed price negotiations). Worked with Mohammad Farhad on the trade and very happy with his professionalism and customer support attitude. Got a great finance rate from Audi beating my go to bank USAA. Finalizing paperwork with Jana Gaytan was quick and easy. Great experience working with Tyler and the whole Audi team. More
