This is my 3rd lease with Audi Stevens Creek and as usual I had a great experience leasing my new Q7. I was very concerned about COVID-19 situation so as my lease end approached I was very nervous about it. I had a great experience leasing my new Q7. Zabih Rahim was specialist who helped me through out the process and when I told him I have concerns and prefer to have minimal human interaction he helped me do all the paper work virtually. He understood what I was looking for and provided the best help to get it. To top it all he said since i live close to the dealership they can deliver the car to my house and I can sign the contract at my house! This was just perfect! Eric Leese brought the car to my house ( wearing mask and keeping 6ft apart which I really appreciated) he went over all the paperworks explaining each one very patiently as well as answering all my questions about the car. He also took my old car back to the dealership. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a great customer service attitude. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience specially during these unprecedented times! More

The dealership is very they separated sales from service which mostly good. They were practicing good social distancing while we were there. More importantly, the purchase experience was outstanding. The initial sales and downpayment with Tyler Turner, as my sales rep, went smoothly with a happy negotiation on the final price. Took about 4 months for delivery (COVID issues at the factory) but the car arrived a few days ago and I completed purchase. I traded in an older model Honda Accord in excellent condition with relatively low mileage and received a very fair price for the car beating what CARMAX offered (this was after we completed price negotiations). Worked with Mohammad Farhad on the trade and very happy with his professionalism and customer support attitude. Got a great finance rate from Audi beating my go to bank USAA. Finalizing paperwork with Jana Gaytan was quick and easy. Great experience working with Tyler and the whole Audi team. More
