Dismissive and Condescending when buying a used non-Audi It was a fantastic deal on a used car I love and wanted. They knew it was an amazing deal and really wanted to move the car. Definitely like a 2nd class citizen. I could not drive it home the day I bought it, and when I tried to pick it up, I spoke with Emane on the phone and the first call he was pleasant, polite, and seemed helpful; however the second phone call - from his cell phone so it wasn't recorded - I felt dismissed, talked down to, and it came off a little aggressive. I decided to not purchase it after all, in that I did not drive it off of the lot and did not return to the dealership. I spoke with a manager, but even that made me feel unimportant. More
