Ezra Ness in your service dept did an outstanding job assisting me He actually stayed an xtra 90 min after his work schedule time to receive my towed car from Florida to make sure it got off the truc assisting me He actually stayed an xtra 90 min after his work schedule time to receive my towed car from Florida to make sure it got off the truck ok and was properly locked to secure the contents inside. He also kept me very current on the repairs done on my car. Best service ever from Audi. I will definitely ask for Ezra in the future. Job well done by this young man. Patti Gahm More

I came in with a tire problem and was seen immediately. The tire had a nail in it and I was advised to replace it. I was given a loaner as the replacement tire was not in stock.
