As always, the service that I received recently from Audi Stuart was excellent. The attention to detail that Andy Mechmet provides, makes me feel as though he is a co-owner of my A6. I was having a sunroof leak issue and had to bring in the car several times. ultimately the issue was resolved and my service POC Brittney was fantastic in keeping me in the loop. Ezra Ness in your service dept did an outstanding job assisting me He actually stayed an xtra 90 min after his work schedule time to receive my towed car from Florida to make sure it got off the truc assisting me He actually stayed an xtra 90 min after his work schedule time to receive my towed car from Florida to make sure it got off the truck ok and was properly locked to secure the contents inside.
