Not pleased with "bait and switch" that occurred after we agreed on the sale price. We agreed on the price in February and was told there was a $3500 factory rebate. The car was not delivered until March, the day before it was to be picked up, I was told the rebate was no longer in effect and the dealer could not honor it. I was also told there was a Costco rebate of $1000, if I was a member...which I am. The dealer offered a $1000 discount and included a $600 accessory that made the total price $600, more than originally agreed upon. The entire back and forth experience left a bad taste. It also reinforced the poor reputation that many automobile dealerships have. Credit to the young salesman, Justin Yaffey, who was at the mercy of his managers. More

Never received a call letting me know the work done on my car was finished. When. I called on Saturday, they said it was ready. When I went to return the loaner I received the dashboard was dark and all car was finished. When. I called on Saturday, they said it was ready. Called the enterprise office on Monday and got good service from the manager Mark who told me it was OK to drive. Thankfully made it to the dealership with no issues.
