A special thanks to Matt the technician who discovered a coolant problem my car had. He saw the coolant fluid level was low and instead of just filling the coolant his trouble shooting found a hidden brok a coolant problem my car had. Had a great experience at Audi Stuart yesterday! This was my first visit there. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The low pressure indicator light kept coming on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped by to see if I could set up an appointment to bring my car in. Fortunately I was able to be seen right away. I was referred to Andy who will now be my advisor. I Couldn’t be more pleased. What a professional! He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Not only did he resolve my problem and take good care of my car, but he placed me in the system so that I will have my recall issue addressed soon. Moving from Pembroke Pines to the PSL area, I was apprehensive about changing the dealership for service.
