I made an appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was told to bring the car on Monday morning and I would get a loaner. I said what time will it be ready and was told not for a few days. They were honest with the buy out of my lease, not like the other dealers, that wanted to charge me illegal fees, I will be going back here to purchase my car when ready.
