I scheduled an appointment for service to have an oil change. I asked the service advisor Kristine for an oil change when I spoke with her. I asked about Audi care renewal and she showed me different cha change. I asked the service advisor Kristine for an oil change when I spoke with her. I asked about Audi care renewal and she showed me different charges for different services. Did not explain any of them. Then she said I will have to take you over to Shelly the finance manager. Shelly then said she would get me a quote. I saw a pricing sheet on the desk for the different model cars. Mine was $899. Shelly then told me it was $999. I said okay, could you please give me something in writing to review and I will get back with you on my decision. She said no, she didn't have anything in writing she could give me. I then said okay, thank you and went to sit in the waiting area. After 3 hours, and the reps coming in and asking if "this was my car", because they were ready for pick up, after 3 hours of sitting and waiting, I head back over to the service rep Kristine. She said, oh hi. I said, hi, is my car almost done? I have been waiting here for 3 hours. She said, oh, well your car isn't going to be ready today, there are 150 other cars ahead of yours. I was going to let you know that we will give you a loaner car. I said, fine, please give me the loaner, I have been waiting for 3 hours and no one said anything to me. She walked into someone's office and came back and said, well if you wait another 45 minutes, your car will be done. I said okay. 45 minutes later she calls my name. I go over to her desk and she pretends to give me a discount more than what I had asked her to match from the 10% off from the Stuart Audi website. I figured that's the least they could do. So then final bill comes for $230 after the "discounts". I was just happy to be able to go home. I get home and find out that an oil change only costs $159. Quoted by the Stuart Audi dealership. I said well I was charged $230. Please tell me what I was charged for, because before I left, Kristen printed out the invoice, walked over to the desk, almost handed it to me, and then said oh, I just have to print out your copy. She then, after just printing her copy, walks back over and says the printers not working. She will email me my receipt. I said okay. I still do not have a receipt for what I was charged for. After calling and asking to speak with the manager, a call was never returned after leaving 6+ messages to please contact me in regards to this experience. Why was I over charged and not explained what work was completed? Why has no one called me back to resolve this issue? This was a very dishonest thing to do and no one wants to take accountability. I was told there would be a credit back and there has been no credit given back. $0. Very poor experience. More
