I don't think the sales manager has any loyalty to the customers. As this customer has spent over 130,000 in 2 car purchases, the sales manager was not cordial when dropping a car off for service nor was customers. As a matter of fact his attitude was, "That's what you get for showing up at the last second." Sorry but this customer works strange hours to make good money to keep this service manager employed. As a return customer and buying the second car I didn't feel there was any loyalty either. There was no wiggle room to even include an Audi purse during the purchase. We are happy with the vehicles though. More
