I have a 2018 R8 V10plus and from the moment I pulled in he made me feel welcomed and that my car was in good hands. He offered me a loaner and during the whole repair process kept me informed. But what’s really nice is that, yes it’s a 200k+ vehicle, I got the feeling that even if it was a 40k vehicle he would have treated me the exact same way !!! He is extremely professional and friendly! He should be commended! More
