The dealership did everything they could to make sure the customer was taken care of. They rolled out the red carpet with a no hesitation loaner that they kept me in for 12 days. Even after it wasn’t the effected area of concern that was cover by said warranty both Audi and Stuart Audi kept the good will warranty coverage on the parts and labor which lead to a no out of pocket cost for the owner.
