I received a notice from Audi regarding a safety recall for my recently purchased 2020 Q7. I contacted the service department, for the first time, and spoke to Kristine Allyn who setup an appointment and for my recently purchased 2020 Q7. I contacted the service department, for the first time, and spoke to Kristine Allyn who setup an appointment and a loaner for me. I requested a Tuesday and a 11AM appointment. I met Michael Smith He offered me two choices I could wait about an hour or I could have a loaner car, I chose the loaner. At 5PM that day, I got a call from Andy Mechmet .That my Q7 was ready, I returned the loaner and drove my now cleaned and washed Q7 home. Excellent first experience. More

I brought my Q7 in for its first “10000” service since purchasing it from Audi Stuart. On first blush envy thing was good, I was taken without a reservation and given a loaner. The snag came when I pick purchasing it from Audi Stuart. On first blush envy thing was good, I was taken without a reservation and given a loaner. The snag came when I picked up my freshly serviced car. Later that evening my cabin-air filter slid out into the passenger footwell. The cover for the cabin air filter was not replaced, and as it turns out was never there when the car was purchased. The tech noted the missing part but the service advisor failed to tell me at checkout. So I had to take time put of my day to go back to the dealer( a 30 min drive) to remedy the situation. My assumption was the tech had left it on his/her tool bench while servicing the car. One of the service managers spotted the notes in my bill and fixed the situation free of charge. My biggest issue was it took 4 phone called and 3 messages before getting a call back. Granted it was a Saturday but I started calling at 8 am and received my only return call around.12pm. More

I dealt with a couple of the service department representatives due to my scheduling and rescheduling all of them were excellent. I like that they sent me updates via text.
