Mid afternoon I received a call that the service was complete, arrived at Audi Stuart, the car was clean and ready and the reason for the recall explained to me. The staff was very efficient. Andy always goes the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met. I had a problem with my audi connect when they did an upgrade to google. I no longer have the capability of the google map in my car. Sadl are met. I had a problem with my audi connect when they did an upgrade to google. I no longer have the capability of the google map in my car. Sadly to say I was not happy since the upgrade. Andy tried everything in his power to get my google map back and he explained to me that my A8L does not have the upgrade fix for that model. I thank Andy so much for the time he had taken to try and get my google map back. I am not happy with the outcome. More
