The pick up service was fantastic! Norm, the driver, dropped off a loaner and took my car to Audi Stuart. When service was completed Norm brought my car back. He was very polite and punctual. The expirience was good. Issue was a Bang & Olfson door speaker that was blown out. The technicians tried to tune it out but didn't help much as it was still crackling.
