My car is returned cleaner than when I drop it off. The best part is I never feel pressured into getting optional services that are recommended but not necessarily needed at the time. In the Fall we had to travel out of state for personal matter, prior leaving we met with Andy as tires would be need prior to the end of the year. After inspecting tires he reassured us that the tires were sufficient but will need replacement upon our return. NOTE: not only did he check tires but also the fluids/etc. knowing the long drive. Suffice it to say, the drive was much easier knowing the car would be fine and put us at ease. When it was time to bring it in, Andy (again) went out of his way to make sure the car was taken car of immediately and quickly. More
