Service Coordinator came up with excellent solution Came in on the Saturday at noon on Memorial Day weekend with a (run-flat) flat tire that had to be replaced. It could not be serviced that day and I Came in on the Saturday at noon on Memorial Day weekend with a (run-flat) flat tire that had to be replaced. It could not be serviced that day and I was flying to the west coast for a week on that Monday so the Service Coordinator (?) did an excellent job of setting up a loaner and car pickup/delivery that worked superbly. He dealt with it all very smoothly despite it being a busy time. More
