Subjectively they seem to have attended to my needs as a customer but objectively both the accuracy and knowledge of the salesman was off and not accurate and the finance used deceptive practices to increas customer but objectively both the accuracy and knowledge of the salesman was off and not accurate and the finance used deceptive practices to increase the backend profits by stating the finance company required me to assume a service contract and gap coverage to obtain credit. This is against the contract and also was denied by the finance company. It plainly states in the contract that there is no such requirement to receive an extension of credit. Demeaning in the sense that I was reminded several times that I wasn't 'tier 1' credit. More
