Making an appointment did nothing for me. I would arrive at 7am and still not have my car pulled into the service shop till after 2pm! After having service done my windshield wiper sprayer no I would arrive at 7am and still not have my car pulled into the service shop till after 2pm! After having service done my windshield wiper sprayer no longer worked, horn and truck lid button. Worse thing was after I had my whole suspension done….over $4,000 worth of work my car pulls now to the left and right when I am at speeds of over 60 mph. I found out they never did a final alignment and even after I got one at Tiers Plus, not wanting to bring it back, the car still pulls! They were terrible of explaining the price, not even a itomized documented bill with what was done and the cost of each part/labor/work done. They were awful! More
