Not completely happy that my car was out over two weeks. And the communication was not the greatest. My car was dropped off 11/13. Few days after I was told the part is on back order and they will let m And the communication was not the greatest. My car was dropped off 11/13. Few days after I was told the part is on back order and they will let me know once things are ready. I called after the thanksgiving holiday, Monday 11/24. A lady says the part has been in probably since Saturday but no tech was available to service car. And that my service lady is out on leave and would get back to me. Wednesday comes. No update. I call in and my service lady says without hesitation, “I still have no update for you.” I reply “is that so because I called Monday and a lady said my part was in and no tech could do the job. Service lady: “Well I don’t know how she can tell you that. Wait let me put you on hold. Holdddddddddddddd Service lady: “Oh yes, your part is in. No one told me. I’ll have it ready for you by Thursday or Friday.” My car being there over two weeks wasn’t a priority for anyone it seem. That’s wild. Hopefully next time, I can get another rep who is more communicative and more adamant about servicing the customer. I couldn’t wait to get my car out of there. More
