Was never informed we have to pay for gas or refill the tank on a loaner for a tire replacement also took 3 days to replace one (1) tire. Will never go back to that dealership. I was not called and given the option to have my leaking gasket fixed while they had the car up and they were doing the oil change. When I called they said my advisor had left for the day. When I went to pick up the vehicle the service mechanics both looked at me like I was dumb for not understanding the issues with my car. Was not a good day with the people at Audi.
