I was traveling south on I-75 from Maryland and my battery warning came on on my Q7. We had no AC as well. We found the closest Audi dealer. When I went in to the service dept. I was greeted by Christina Turner who took all my info and got her team to begin to diagnose my problem. She kept us informed of their progress. When they determined the problem, we were told they would correct it as quickly as possible. This occurred mid-afternoon on a Saturday, but they got us back on the road in a timely manner. Update from previous review. After hearing a drying grinding noise, I took my car to both Toyota Dealerships and they both indicated I needed brakes. While replacing the brakes, the service tech said I needed a water pump as my water pump was slowly leaking and the reservoir was empty. The Dealership warranty wouldn't pay for it as I was 1 day short of the validation clause, So much for car warrantees. This is my second negative experience with car warranty companies as there are so many denial clause and unacceptable delays. I STRONLY suggest NOT buying a "service warranty". These are things that should have been discovered by Audi Tampa. Selling a car with these issues is totally unacceptable. I no longer can support Audi Tampa and suggest another option. My car sales representative tried to help but was not successful in getting a positive result. I still highly recommend Naomi. More

I scheduled a service appointment online, and received my email confirmation. The day of the appointment (11/14/23 @ 10am) I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed the advisor my confirmation e email confirmation. The day of the appointment (11/14/23 @ 10am) I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed the advisor my confirmation email on my phone and he says, "well I'm afraid you may have made the appointment on one of our websites which we done use anymore" even though the confirmation email clearly said 'Audi Tampa'. Who is in charge of the IT department and why does Audi have bogus websites out there. Lost a whole day of work, for nothing! Wesley Chapel Audi is farther for me to travel to, but the extra miles are worth it for a better service and customer experience. This is only my second time at Audi Tampa and both time it's been a horrific experience. More
The sales rep charged me for 2 tires that should have been covered under my AudiProtection. Fighting tooth and nail to get someone with authority to help resolve this issue. Well this past week our bag which contained our id’s, credit cards, keys and more was stolen… As you can imagine there was a lot to deal with. As we’re owners of a premium vehicle the last thing we expected was the absolute lack of service and support from Audi Tampa and their team. We started trying to reach someone for help on Thursday1/19. So first we’re transferred so many times and no one seems willing or able to help us. Finally we make it into a service advisors voicemail and leave several messages and get no reply. We have NO KEY! Friday morning we have to have the car towed to the service center. We arrive there and no one comes out to greet us or help. The tow truck driver circles the lot three times wondering where to leave the car. Finally who we think is a advisor or a receptionist comes out and tells the driver to leave the car in the front drive. We repeatedly tell this person there is NO KEY! The driver does as he’s told and leaves. Our service advisor that we’ve been leaving voicemails for isn’t present and someone else helps us intake the car and tells us what to expect. He also advises us that there’s no courtesy cars available but that we can rent a car at their rate from enterprise. We declined that option and just left to go home. Then about an hour later, we received the first call that we’ve ever gotten from our service advisor and she’s calling to ask why we’ve abandoned our car in their driveway. As you can imagine, this was the biggest slap in the face after everything that we’ve gone through up to this point. During the entire call this representative was rude and combative. There was absolutely no understanding from this rep and they try to make it seem like everything was our fault. This representative also called the tow truck company and tried to get the tow truck driver fired for abandoning the car in the drive. This car wasn’t abandoned it was left exactly where the reception person told us to leave it. It’s now Saturday we have no car… we have no eta on our key because they won’t order it till the car is in their possession. We feel like we were double violated both by the person that took our bag and by Audi Tampa and the lack of care and service. Furthermore wouldn’t you say that Audi has some responsibility since they only provided one key? We can’t be the first people to have lost the only key they were given. Needless to say this may be our last Audi. This is after having owned 3 VW’s and 2 different Audi’s… We’re so stressed, tired and upset now we don’t even know where to go with this… More
Was sent here from Audi Wesley Chapel for a tire repair on my 2022 Audi Q5. I waited over 30-minutes to be acknowledged by the service team, only to have the tire repair declined. I was told there is no co on my 2022 Audi Q5. I waited over 30-minutes to be acknowledged by the service team, only to have the tire repair declined. I was told there is no coverage, despite being told twice by Audi Wesley Chapel this is not the case. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for services that should be covered as my family needs to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. The service team completely lacked empathy or real support. I will never get a vehicle here or return for a service. I will drive the 50+ mins to Wesley Chapel to get the quality service and care customers deserve. More

Morgan turned one of the best dealerships in Tampa into a total disaster. Customer service is down the toilet. Loaners are three months out!!
