Terrible Service! Skeleton Crew! Was ignored when trying to picking up car. Had to wait several minutes while everyone working was doing how knows what! (No other customers there) S Was ignored when trying to picking up car. Had to wait several minutes while everyone working was doing how knows what! (No other customers there) Service writer would rather help people on the phone than help a LIVE person standing in front of him! Service manager just hides in his office! Terrible Customer Service! I’m glad I didn’t buy my new car here! I left the car there to get a second person to help me pick up the car. I was then called by my service writer and asked to move my car! They were having a shop clinic and my car that “they parked” was in their way!! I just don’t get it!! Learn how to give good customer service please for the love of God!!! More
