There was no pressure but rather a sense I was an important customer who got one on one special,treatment. Ron Roger was not only professional and a wealth of knowledge he made sure I was not only informed but made sure my Experince was going to be smooth and seamless. Excellent Customer Service I went to Audi Toms River for my 15,000 mile maintenance service. I'm a 4 time Audi owner and have done everything thru Schneider Nelson Audi in Eat I went to Audi Toms River for my 15,000 mile maintenance service. I'm a 4 time Audi owner and have done everything thru Schneider Nelson Audi in Eatontown. I'd been very happy with Schneider Nelson, and I only went to Audi Toms River because I was short on time and it was so much closer to my home. When I drove into Audi Toms River, my service consultant, John Lazarro, met me at the door and let me know that he was there to help me. I was immediately taken care of; I was not standing on a line. They expected me and knew who I was. I never had this at Schneider Nelson. They asked me if I wanted a loner car so that I did not have to wait there. Wow, I didn't have to reserve one in advance! When I returned, there is valet service so you don't even have to park the car. John explained everything that was done to my car and told me that in the future they would come to my house, pick up my car for servicing and leave a loner for me! WOW! My newly washed car had been driven up to the door for me. This was the best service visit I have had as an Audi owner. Thank you to John! Think I'm an Audi Toms River customer now! More
