Even in dealerships catering to high-end brands, this is an underlying theme. Not so with my experiences at Audi Toms River. In what was the most unusual and unexpected experience that I’ve ever had buying a car, every interaction was a pleasant one. Shane, Mike, and Pat were upfront, honest, transparent, and treated me as a partner in the process. I came armed with facts, figures, and numbers ready to haggle my way to a deal. I can’t express my surprise when the first presentation by Shane hit near the best projections that I had. Dumbfounded, I found myself with virtually nothing to push back on and what I felt was a mutually fair deal. I’ve not had that happen at any other dealership. Every experience and interaction reinforced my impression. This feels like an auto group that truly does value building a long term relationship over the short term gain - not just the usual lip service. I guess that the best endorsement that I can give here is to say that I would be comfortable enthusiastically recommending friends and loved ones go visit Shane, without conditions or reservations. I know that I’ll be back. More
