"Audi Service:So far,excellent experiences"
- samkNow let me preface by saying that it’s easier to stomach repairs when they are still under(my CPO)warranty. However, that does not diminish my opinion of the visits handled by Dan and Anthony. They cordially got us in quickly and out same-day several times now,not unimportant as a)our house is 45 mins.way and b)without wheels in Tucson you’re in big trouble. Here’s the thing they are only dealer in the area but they haven’t behaved that way-and I’ve had a lot of experience owning euro imports that suggested the latter. The new building and amenities are first-rate.

- smlThe tires on our Q7 were failing. Tony represented us to Audi well enough that the problem was resolved quickly and very satisfactorily. Clearly he was well supported by the rest of the dealership. First rate service!

- Vulcan46Audi seems to go out of their way to avoid warranty repairs. I have owned many brands of cars. Last was Mercedes. Mercedes was awesome. Fixed everything first time. Audi won't own up to issues. I have a 2014 Audi A8 4.0L. Love the car. At around 30K miles the ECP light came on and the engine started missing. Dealer says loose spark plug caused fouling on cylinder #3. Really? From the factory? Sounds improbable. Had full service, oil, new plugs all around. 3K miles later engine oil low comes on. Never happened before. Dealer claims normal for Audis to burn oil. Really? All of a sudden like that? Sounds improbable. Topped off oil at no charge. 5K miles later ECP light comes on and engine is misfiring again. Plugs #3 and #6 fouled this time. Dealer claims not using top tier fuel caused plug fouling. Come on! Showed me the tech bulletin. No mention of gas causing fouling. Does mention issues with fuel injectors and other stuff after many miles. Only 7K miles left on warranty now. Getting nervous about oil consumption and plug fouling. Go to an independent certified mechanic after 3K on new #3 cylinder plug. Ask him to remove and inspect. He pulls #3 and #1 plugs and states obvious signs of oil fouling. States #3 is <1000 miles from misfiring again. Took it to the Audi dealer with independent mechanic report in hand and ask for Audi to inspect the plugs. They refuse stating that it is not throwing error codes so Audi won't pay. I offer to pay them my self. $150 to remove #3 plug. Waiting for latest report from Audi and latest excuse. Having to pay for my own warranty investigations sucks. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

- LindseySI have a 2012 Q5 that I was taking in for a recall campaign. Cesar and the service customer service gal were both exceptional to deal with. Even though my car isn’t new or under factory warranty they still treated me as if I had a brand new car. They both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I needed to get my car in immediately for service on very short notice. Even though I didn’t have an Audi loaner reserved in time they still got me into a Honda Pilot which (while not an Audi) was still really nice with lots of fancy features. Cesar answered my millions of questions (without making me feel dumb) and is always available for a quick phone chat if I need anything. I will never drive another brand of vehicle because Audi takes such great care of their customers. (Of course I love everything about my Q5 too)

- Little lI've had many cars and lots of cars serviced over the years. I have to say that my Audi service experience with Cesar Gonzalez has been outstanding. Cesar always greets me with a smile and a handshake; like he's genuinely happy to see me. He has a loaner car ready for me and he's excited to share the latest and greatest Audi's with me. It's refreshing; especially since the other high-end dealer I used to deal with just gave me any rental car. Audi actually loans me an AUDI! Cesar is also very thorough; he goes over all of the paperwork with me and makes sure that I don't have any questions before I leave. Thank you for making my Audi service experience great Cesar! - Jesse ParkerHad to get my car in for service called Dan Paris my service advisor and he got me in the very next day with my free loaner. Not only did he make some suggestions on what was needed had how it would effect my car in the future he also told me what I could wait on for the time being.Hard to find that kind of honesty in the car business nowadays.

- John from PV, AZWe had a tire problem while out of town in our Q7, the Chapman Team treated us like we had purchased our Audi from them. They were kind enough to provide another Q7 to drive while they made the repair. Fine dealers like this are just one more good reason to own an Audi.
