Great experience at Chapman. Needed minor service and oil change which were quickly and at minimal cost. Super friendly service especially given to an out of downer. Definitely recommend! Jill was very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I take my 2013 Audi A6 to Chapman, and I regret not having done this before. Jill was super professional and very knowledgeable about the my car's servicing and the software upgrades it required. I dropped my car off and was a little late picking it up, and she was very gracious. I definitely recommend taking your car to Chapman for service.

I called Neal Browne and told him I was having car problems. He told me to bring the car in immediately. Within five minutes of arriving Jill had my car in diagnostics and within 20 minutes they told me what was wrong. I was on my way home in a loaner car and by the end of the following day my car was fixed and I was driving home...one day earlier than promised. Neal and Jill are professional, knowledgeable, and I would NEVER buy a car anywhere else.

Jill did a great job helping me with my Q7. I recently purchased a camper trailer and wanted to start towing it. She quickly got the technicians and parts people involved. I had the towing package, but needed a break controller installed. The technicians did the research and were able to get me on the road. It wasn't something that they had done before, but they took on the task and performed admirably. Time was a major issue and they were able to get me in quickly so that I could pick up my trailer. There were even some minor technical issues that they volunteered to address and on my second visit had everything running perfectly. Thank you, Jeremy
