From the time I met Josh, I felt like I mattered to him as a client, not just another "hopeful sale." He spent a long time "selling" me on Audi before he even talked about the car we were test driving at as a client, not just another "hopeful sale." At first I didn't understand it but then once I was hooked on Audi, he began to tell me about the A4 I ended up purchasing. He really sold me a relationship with Audi and himself before he tried to just "get me in a car" that day. The value in that is, I will likely buy cars from him as long as he is selling them. I hope they are Audi's because I now love my A4, but more than the car itself, I just appreciated his genuineness and patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me from day one of the car buying process. While I loved driving the car and its sporty features, it was my salesman Justin's expert knowledge of the technical features of the car and detailed engineering operating system coupled with a professional enjoyable personality that ultimately led to my purchasing the vehicle. As an extremely conservative thorough consumer, buying a car the same day I test drove it was very out of character for me. Yet, Justin and the Audi staff spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions and I left the lot feeling confident in my purchase a well as with the best car I have ever driven....and am still driving!
