Overall the experience was good, but it took twice as long as they said it would. We asked if a courtesy vehicle would be available and they said it was not because it would take less than an hour. It to long as they said it would. We asked if a courtesy vehicle would be available and they said it was not because it would take less than an hour. It took almost 2 hours. So you have to go without your car for an entire day or sit at the dealership, not great options. Disappointing customer service, especially for a new car still under warranty. More

Took my car in for regular services and needed two tires replaced.which coupons I had were applied. Customer service was excellent and kept me informed of the progress the entire time..
