I called the dealer on a Saturday morning and got Ken. I told him what I was looking for and asked if he had the car available to test drive, which he did. We came in approximately an hour later and he was told him what I was looking for and asked if he had the car available to test drive, which he did. We came in approximately an hour later and he was very thorough in showing the car features before the test drive, and once we got back and decided to proceed with that model, he and his team did a great job in locating a car to our specifications and working with us on the numbers to make the deal work. My CFO and I walked into the dealership last Saturday and was very obvious that we were extremely interested in not just buying one car (Q5) but two (R8, a 150,000 car). The Salesman Matt Cruz, first seemed was very obvious that we were extremely interested in not just buying one car (Q5) but two (R8, a 150,000 car). The Salesman Matt Cruz, first seemed to have pushed us out the door even before we sat down. He did not seem interested nor did he even seem to care to make the deal. I was then not contacted untill Sunday. only to read that he has been very busy and that he will get back to me. Then Monday came around and he still mentioned that he would contact me but never called. I can not get over, even in this economy that a salesperson would not want to do a deal. This is so unprofessional and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone! More

This is the second car i have purchased with Joseph. He went the extra mile to make sure my needs were recognized and exceeded. I had a great experience with Ali, my sales rep. He was informative without being too pushy and allowed me time to consider all of my options. Dave, the sales manager, was more up front than any sales rep informative without being too pushy and allowed me time to consider all of my options. Dave, the sales manager, was more up front than any sales rep I've met in a long time which was refreshing. They, along with Hannah in finance, were incredibly patient when I changed my mind a couple of times and even helped me weigh out my options. After reading some of these reviews, I'm a little nervous about dealing with the service department, but hope that won't be my experience when the time comes. Certainly wasn't the case with the sales staff who stayed late on a snowy night to finalize the deal and still took the time to go over all the final details on the vehicle only to exchange it for me the next day when I changed my mind. More
