Scott Mayo and the team at Audi Warrington are fantastic. As an out of state buyer who had used a local Audi dealer exclusively for our last 4 cars, this was a refreshing experience. Not only did Scott take more time than I ever expected taking us through our new Q5, but he was 100% engaged both pre and post sale which I can't commend him for enough. I found the waiting area and the complimentary car wash not up to standards for a luxury car dealer. The inside of the car wasn’t cleaned. The waiting area was in the middle of the sales floor. I’ve had luxury car dealers that have given me bouquets of flowers following a servicing! Very disappointed. More

Horrible customer service. Bought my car in for service because I had suspension and a check engine light issue. They do the inspection and tell me it’s going to be $3000-$4000 Bought my car in for service because I had suspension and a check engine light issue. They do the inspection and tell me it’s going to be $3000-$4000 just to do a diagnostic on my vehicle because it has so many codes and on top of that my car now doesn’t and the parking brake won’t release even though I drove it an hour to get there. My thing is I only had two issues when I bought the car in. I obviously deny to pay that ridiculous amount for diagnostic. I say just focus on the suspension not the other codes. Mr Davis your car doesn’t move so you need to come get it it’s nothing we can do with the vehicle. Well excuse me my car was movable before I got there. The manager Joe or Mike I got two different names tell me it’s not his fault and won’t do anything to fix the brake issue even though it wasn’t an issue prior to me dropping the vehicle off. I finally got the car to move and the parking brake to release. A secret I will hold forever. How did I figure it out but the Audi technicians couldn’t. Stay away they will damage you’ve car and say it isn’t their fault and leave you standing there stranded. Horrible customer service stay away. Took my vehicle once I got it moving again on my own in their parking lot TO Bell Audi in Edison NJ. Car didn’t move but I got it to Edison with a bad suspension. They are fixing my vehicle. They took my after market warranty also(Audi Warrington) denied them and Bell Audi told me the charges were only $450 for diagnostic not 3k-4k. This Audi in warrington is ran by snakes. There was some cool employees there. Not them the leaders in charge are despicable. Please stay away. I left a review with the BBB also. More

Warrington Audi, Robert Jabs (Service) and Matt Ivey (Technician) were all A+ best in the business. I've been to many dealerships over the years and this is simply the best dealership experience one can (Technician) were all A+ best in the business. I've been to many dealerships over the years and this is simply the best dealership experience one can have. Great communication, walked me through services, expectations, costs, etc. The car came back in perfect condition, clean and serviced accordingly. Rob called me many times throughout the process to go over the service and explain the schedule, and was able to communicate with me in an intelligent manner (I'm a car guy so I'm knowledgeable myself and have had many dealers treat me like an idiot). I will only be going to this dealership for the entirely of my Audi ownership More
