Writing to recommend Audi Wesley Chapel and their service team. Great overall experience with a roadside problem with a disabled engine hose. My wife and I were on our ay out of town on a business and perso team. Great overall experience with a roadside problem with a disabled engine hose. My wife and I were on our ay out of town on a business and personal trip. Unexpected engine issues resulted in a need to be towed to the service center. They got us in as soon as possible, addressed the repair and completed a thorough overall review of the vehicle. We waited in the nice customer lounge and I worked on my laptop. Personal touch and great friendly service. Highly recommend the service department here.Shaun Sharma went bone and beyond with his knowledge and personal service. Great to have him on this team!!!
