Easy, no hassle, friendly I just leased a 2018 Audi A4 from Wesley Chapel dealership. I have leased vehicles for years now but never an Audi. I shopped around other dealerships I just leased a 2018 Audi A4 from Wesley Chapel dealership. I have leased vehicles for years now but never an Audi. I shopped around other dealerships before ending up at this location. It was hands down the easiest experience with leasing a car. I worked with Isa and she was very knowledgeable and easy going throughout the process. I never felt pressured or that she was trying to sell me on something I didn’t want or need. She answered all questions I had and the whole process will absolutely make me recommend this dealership and Isa to others. Thanks to everyone there! More

I walked in and was immediately approached and assisted by Isa King who is a Audi Brand Specialist. Isa showed my mom and myself all the options on the car we were looking at on the show room floor and before you knew it we were driving away in a brand new Audi!! Customer service was above and beyond during this experience with Isa King. Thank you Ed Khaffaf (sales manager) for handling my trade in and the awesome hats and mugs, and Tj Muller (Audi f&I business manager) for the advice and knowledge on the best interest rates, hopefully you get to go cave diving soon. She traded her A3 convertible coupe for Q3, she had very specific requirements, and Britta did not give up on her and worked with her manager to locate the car per requirement and she found one! Deal was a good, price was good, dealership ambience was excellent, Britta was excellent and she kept following up with us while our car was getting shipped from other dealership. Britta is AH-MAZING! Britta was most helpful in providing car buying tips that I never thought of and I really felt that she was working with my best interests in mind. Sh Britta was most helpful in providing car buying tips that I never thought of and I really felt that she was working with my best interests in mind. She asked me what I wanted out of a vehicle and I responded; something light, sleek, modest, good on gas and most importantly affordable. She provided a few options, I narrowed it down and within a few hours (short amount of time for purchasing a vehicle), I was out and on my way home with my new vehicle. I was very well taken care of while at the dealership, I was offered food, water, relaxed at a charging station in comfortable seating and was always asked if I was in need of anything. I didn't feel like I was nagged into purchasing a car. Most stress-free car buying experience I have been through. More
