Great New Audi Dealership for New Tampa! I have purchased new Audi's from Audi Ft. Meyrs, Audi Tampa, and most recently from Audi Wesley Chapel. I live in Tampa so my Service relationship ha I have purchased new Audi's from Audi Ft. Meyrs, Audi Tampa, and most recently from Audi Wesley Chapel. I live in Tampa so my Service relationship had been with Reaves / Audi Tampa. Audi Tampa really let me down with a serious service issue, to the degree that I have now moved my Service relationship to Henry Garcia, the Service Consultant at Audi Wesley Chapel. Last week I purchased another new Audi from Jimmy DeBone at Audi Wesley Chapel and the Sales experience went very well. The Service Department is clean and lacks the crowded clutter of the Audi Tampa Service Department. The Service staff is attentive and you do not feel rushed. The work performed was honest, on-time, and they did not wrestle with me concerning a loaner. When the loaner was staged for my expedient departure, it was a new Audi, not some Enterprise rental that is what Audi Tampa Audi typically provides. I'm not deliberately trying to throw Audi Tampa under the bus, but if I'm going to write a review, then comparison is a tool useful for quantifying the caliber of service of the dealer being reviewed, which of course in this case is Audi Wesley Chapel. I now gladly drive on by the local Audi dealership where I live and head up to Audi Wesley Chapel for a superior customer experience - I highly recommend Henry Garcia and Audi Wesley Chapel for service and Sales! More
