Only second service visit but great so far In my only two service visits I've dealt with Antoine Borgella and Henry Garcia and both are personable and define professional customer service. Today I worked mainly with Henry and he helped me get roadside assistance and a loaner due to a screw in my tire. Tow service was there within 20 minutes and a loaner was there within a reasonable amount of time considering my location. Kudos to the Roadside Assistance hotline for being extremely helpful and prompt in my moment of need as well. To recap, 9:00AM-Screw in tire, 9:30AM-Tow service arrives, 10:30AM-Loaner arrives, 12:00PM-Tire replaced and service done. For all that to happen within three hours is exceptional in my opinion. One suggestion, the insurance card, credit card, and license info needed for a loaner could be more streamlined and secure. Maybe via the MyAudi site or app? More

I feel like I am driving a go kart due to the way the car holds the road and makes tight turns. It is a very fun car to drive!
