Service supreme What a great experience from the first phone call to the service experience itself. I initially called and spoke with a gentleman named Antoine. He was amazingly helpful and pleasant to talk with. We made an appointment and low and behold Antoine was the service advisor who greeted us. He immediately made us feel welcome. He knew what we were there for and he also had a loaner car for us. We own aQ5 2010. He had a 2018 Q5 for us to drive. Wow! The service area is beautiful and well stocked with good morning pastries , coffee, water and soda. It was an easy transaction and we were on the road as soon as we were ready. We’ve been exclusively using Audi dealerships since we bought the car. This was by far the best experience yet thanks to Antoine Borgella who really went out of his way to see that everything was as perfect as possible. More
