I have had a wonderful experience with the service folks. This was my fourth service and each of them has been excellent. This time it was Miguel (shop floor) who took care of my vehicle very well. My service person Shaun Sharma has been very prompt, friendly, patient and knowledgeable providing me with proper updates for the past few years. My last visit was at very short notice, yet he did manage to get me a loaner car without which I would have to wait for over 5 hours for the service. Much appreciate his commitment. Additionally, its nice to see management provide neat and clean premises and good sofas to wait out. Thank you !!! More
