I had the fortunate opportunity to have ED Mistretta as my service consultant. He was very helpful and took me through the process of using my extended warranty to have my oil changed. I asked if he would my service consultant. He was very helpful and took me through the process of using my extended warranty to have my oil changed. I asked if he would e-mail me a copy of the service invoice...(.he couldn't do it right there, something about the printer) "No Problem, as soon as the printer is up and running, I'll send it to you!" Michael Glusak was training Hasan Hasan. Everything went perfectly. The tech , Brock Mondia made a great video explaining what he accomplished and what he recommended we keep an eye on.
