I think the dealership needs to improve on answering the phones. No matter what extension I press, I just go around and around and no one answers and then the phone disconnects. Another issue is that when I picked up my car and drove home, the oil light went on. Apparently the service department didn't double check the oil level, considering some of the work that was being done was on the oil gasket. Had to take it Audi Napv to get 1 quart of oil. And finally, when I picked up the loaner, the gas was at half a tank and when I returned it, I made sure the tank was at half a tank. And yet, I was charged $14.60 for gas. Unbelievable since I just paid $3800 for repair work and I have pics/receipts. On a good note, Peter was very helpful and easy to understand what he was telling me about the issues with my car. I appreciate how he worked with me and he was able to drop the cost of the service down a bit, which I truly appreciated. More

My Q5 TDI needed emissions warranty work. Michael, my service writer, listened (actually listened to me), understood the problem, and had a technician check out the car while I waited. The service was completed another day because the part was not in stock. While they recommended other service, they weren't pushy about it. The service writer called me on his day off to explain that they had found a leaky fuel line buried down by the EGR valve that was being replaced. No upcharge, just honest service. I appreciate that.
