My Q5 TDI needed emissions warranty work. Michael, my service writer, listened (actually listened to me), understood the problem, and had a technician check out the car while I waited. The service was completed another day because the part was not in stock. While they recommended other service, they weren't pushy about it. The service writer called me on his day off to explain that they had found a leaky fuel line buried down by the EGR valve that was being replaced. No upcharge, just honest service. I appreciate that. Easy to make an appointment for the day/time I wanted. Vehicle was ready in the estimated time given to me, vehicle was washed, all paperwork was ready, Peter was professional and easy to work with.
