This dealership pays attention to all the details to make sure that your customer experience exceeds your expectations. January 3 Recall visit I had my Audi in for recall service on January 3. I think that the Service Dept. staff is top rated. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assure that I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received. I know that my vehicle will always be cleaned inside and out before it is returned to me; however, this time I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had been filled with gasoline as well. A very nice, unexpected perk! I live a considerable ways from the dealership and really appreciate the use of a loaner vehicle if service on my vehicle will take more than an hour or so. This is where my one and only negative comment will be about Wilsonville Audi... the new A3 that I drove home had been sprayed heavily with a citrus based air freshener that left me coughing by the time I arrived at my house. I wanted my wife to sit in the car to see the visual display on the dash and she immediately complained about the odor of the air freshener. I drove the car back to the dealership with the window down. I see no reason for spraying an air freshener in the car unless some sort of odor causing accident had occurred. More
