Outstanding service, very helpful. We visited the dealership numerous times looking for just the right late model used car for our 17 year old son. In today’s market the term “customer service” is more important then it has ever been. How you choose to treat your customers and the overall sales experience defines not only the dealer but the brand you choose to drive. Audi of Wilsonville should be used as a benchmark for all dealerships and sales associates on how to treat a customer. Recently I purchased a new Audi from them and the buying experience was seamless. From the moment I walked I felt like I was part of their “extended family.” They even went to the trouble to have the car delivered because I could not receive a ride to their location, thanks again Scott. If you know what car you want… make sure the shopping experience matches the same way you feel when you drive off the dealer lot.
