Very accomidating I had to have my windshield replaced. They offered to give me a loaner vehicle while the glass company came and used Wilsonville Audi's service center I had to have my windshield replaced. They offered to give me a loaner vehicle while the glass company came and used Wilsonville Audi's service center! I was not inconvenienced at all. Will have all of my services completed there. Another awesome experience I brought my car in for the Permaplate application after leasing the car 2 weeks earlier. Good with reservation Brought my 2 day old Q5 in for clear bra application. Great staff, friendly and attentive. Worked with Edward Swift who was informed and informative. There is a small bubble on the hood which is of some concern to me at this time but I was assured it would go away in a few days. The work was done in an hour as predicted by the recall notice. I waited for the car but could probably have had a loaner. Its not a negative, but I did notice that the waiting area is not as well appointed as the BMW dealership I am used to visiting for my other car. More
