He questioned that a lease would be the best for us, but after I explained our situation with an upcoming retirement in 3 years and that we have four cars and that I wanted a lease and a clean drop to start the downsizing he was helpful in getting the numbers we needed. Also, he was very thorough in setting up the finance appointment, was smart to call us the night before and ask if our credit was locked (it was) and enabled for quick and efficient paperwork completion. I had a very limited time frame before my flight and he set everything for quick but thorough process. He hit the highlights of the new car as he quickly assessed my experience point with the A6 we just traded in and was able to educate me on the new features. Good stuff. Much better than I got from Sunset when I purchased my A6 4 years ago. The guy that showed us the features of our car back then really struggled, especially with the audi connect and other technology features.. More
