Service department was on overload, so Edward called me to tell me my car would not be ready till the next day. I live in Salem and run a small company, so coming back up the next day was a bit of an inconvenience for me. Next time I come in for maintenance, I will be sure to request my car service is a priority and will be completed same day. More

Accommodating Service Department I started hearing a noise in the back of my A3 while traveling on business. I called on Thursday afternoon to see if someone could check out my car th I started hearing a noise in the back of my A3 while traveling on business. I called on Thursday afternoon to see if someone could check out my car the next day. Friday morning, an inspection revealed that the problem was a wheel bearing than needed replacement. Additionally, I was informed that my rear brakes were also in need of immediate replacement. The problems were corrected and a loaner car was provided while I waited. I was thankful that they could effect these repairs on a busy Friday. More
