5 star 25,000 mile service I was almost a month overdue on my 25,000 mile service due to my work schedule. Dee was able to fit me in on my one day off. She also provided me with a loaner so I could get things done. And they even finished the service hours ahead of schedule. When finished, my car was spotlessly detailed and I received an in depth review of my car's systems and their statuses. An added bonus: Dee is hilarious and super friendly while still being perfectly professional. Everyone I encounter there has evident expertise and unmatched dedication to their work. Fast, complete and well executed twice this month I was in for mileage dictated service last week and airbag inflation system replacement this week. Both experiences were five star. My Wife and I have driven Audi for more than 25 years -- the quatro system has been a must in Winter in the Pacific NW and upstate NY and NYC (where our daughters drove quatros for five or six years) and the quatro system actually saved my life once on one of Oregon's mountain passes. The cars are great if you keep them serviced properly and the Wilsonville, OR Audi service center is the best we have ever experienced in the Northwest and the Northeast. Brent Summers More
