The car has been paint corrected, ceramic coated and etc. From my dashcam footage it appeared that the car went through a "car wash machine". When I called and asked for my service advisor, he said it was "washed by hand". In addition, the car was left on the lot around 10 am, I called him around noon for an update, he ended up calling me back around 4pm. So the car has been sitting there since 10am... This is why I dislike going to dealerships. stellar experience and thanks for teaching me the new way to "handwash" you car. More

For the second year in a row my car was not “detailed” after my annual service. When I came to pick up my car it was clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I went to Brain to get it cleaned, waitin after my annual service. When I came to pick up my car it was clean on the outside and dirty on the inside. I went to Brain to get it cleaned, waiting 15-20 minutes while they cleaned my car and when I drove away the back seat was still dirty. The sides of the door were not cleaned out and the entire back seat needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. It’s the details that matter. Audi Wilsonville does not seem to care. More
We began dealing on a car on Sunday morning over the phone. We made arrangements to drive and purchase the car on Monday (2 hours from our home). We sent an email Monday morning confirming the plan. One phone. We made arrangements to drive and purchase the car on Monday (2 hours from our home). We sent an email Monday morning confirming the plan. One hour into the drive, when I checked on options for delivery, we were informed that the car was sold the night before. (Test driven and sold AFTER we began dealing on it). Then, they asked if we were interested in another car. I called out a bait and switch and the sales manager, Anton, hung up on me. If you are from out of town, DO NOT deal with this dealership. They are shady and will sell it out from under you and try to sell you on a different car saying that it is illegal to hold a car that someone is dealing on (definitely NOT against the law.) More
We would not recommend this dealership. The service level, knowledge and follow up do not exist. We bought our first Audi in Minnesota and had a wonderful experience. At this dealership they didn't know the card didn't have navigation until they were trying to set it up for us. When we spoke with the general manager he informed us they forgot to give us a $50 Audi gift card and would be dropping it in the mail. That was a month ago and we have not yet received it even after following up via email and phone call. We do not feel appreciate, rather we were left feeling like the cars sell themselves. More

After 2 months of getting the run around f If I could give Zero stars, I would. I took in my Audi A4 for lower pressure oil alert on July 28, 2020. After 2 months of getting the run around from Chris Laport and paying over 1k out of pocket on “it could be this or that” I finally got my car fixed and picked it up Oct 1st 2020. Before that happened, though, Audi tried scam me into trading in my 2016 A4 68k miles car for 6k by Chris Laport, and then I was told by the sales rep that she could actually give me 13 k for it. Meanwhile I had certified preowned warranty to fix the low-pressure alert and then when I called Chris to let him know about the warranty and to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in, he told me not to bring in my car and hang up the phone. It took 2 attempts of having Audi customer service reach out to them, and me calling the manager to finally get a response about the warranty. 2 weeks later, manager Kampmann finally returns my call and apologizes on dropping the ball on this one. By this time, I could have taken my car to any other dealership to get it fixed, but I chose to stick with them and continued to give them my business. A couple of days later, instead of hearing from the manager, I am being contact by Chris Laport, the gentleman that refused to return my calls or find out more about the warranty, letting me know my car is ready for pick up. I called the manager to tell him that Chris Laport is the last person I wanted to hear from. I wanted to talk with the manager about what transpired the last two months, and about getting a refund as well as what training he is going to provide to staff so that this does not happen again. But instead, manager was upset that I was frustrated about being contacted by Chris Laport. He told me he had to jump through hoops to get my car fixed. The manager wanted a pat on the back for finally doing his job. He laughed at me when I told him I deserved an apology from his service guy and also that this would not have happened if I was a male customer. The icing on the cake for me was when the manager made sure to have Chris Laport do the checkout for when I finally picked up my car and did I get an apology, nope. Never returning to this place again. Definitely going to take my business elsewhere. Quite frankly, don’t trust that they actually fixed my car, so I am going to trade it in. More

This should be included in the price instead of trying to itemize their services. They did a great job washing and cleaning the car but I would have preferred getting an oil change that includes doing the job for one price. Be very careful when getting your car serviced at Wilsonville Audi and challenge them for the exact service and costs. More
