Young, Knowledgeable and Professional Brand Specialist I stopped into Audi Wynnewood on a weekday to look at the new A4 for my wife after looking at a Infiniti Q50. After speaking with the Receptionist, I I stopped into Audi Wynnewood on a weekday to look at the new A4 for my wife after looking at a Infiniti Q50. After speaking with the Receptionist, I spoke with Seon. Seon was energetic, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Not having a tremendous amount of time, we spoke about an A4 Lease. Seon worked up a deal that was too good to pass up. We communicated through texts and emails. My wife came back to test drive the car and leased the A4 the same day. Outstanding honesty. AWESOME! I was trying to purchase a new Q7 by year end and had spent 3 days negotiating with Audi Devon, We had agreed on a model and a price...the sales perso I was trying to purchase a new Q7 by year end and had spent 3 days negotiating with Audi Devon, We had agreed on a model and a price...the sales person called me the morning of Dec. 30 to see if I was coming in to buy the car. I said yes. When my husband and I got there, the salesman said he had to speak with his sales manager. After waiting for 25 minutes they both came back to inform us that they had no Q7s and that no dealer in the entire northeast had any Q7s. Clearly they couldn't get any inventory, and were stalling us for 3 days so we wouldn't go anywhere else - they wanted us to wait until February when they got some inventory. I then called Audi Wynnewood to ask if they had the model and color we wanted. I got Seon on the phone, and he was great! I went on their Web site, we discussed the exact car I wanted that was on the site, and we made an appointment for the following morning to discuss pricing and appraise our Q5. About 45 minutes later Seon called to say that the web site is sometimes not accurate, and he was so sorry that in fact the car we wanted had already been sold. He then offered me an alternative color. We ended up finding the color we wanted elsewhere, but I would have LOVED to give him our business. You should definitely call Seon if you are looking to purchase a Q7! More
