We started shopping for a vehicle in July 2021, fairly unaware of the incredible demand and historically low inventory we were going to encounter. We quickly realized we were going to have to shop nationally virtually. Many times, dealers we contacted would simply send us the information we requested on a vehicle, then never follow up. Until one day when I inquired about a vehicle online with Destiny Smith at Audi Wynnewood. The vehicle Destiny had had been sold, but she didn‘t stop there. She followed up with questions in what exactly we were looking for, talked through our concerns of what this current market meant for our search, and even helped us explore the build/custom order process. Destiny still checks in with us nearly weekly with a few window stickers of vehicles we may be interested in. when We do find the vehicle we’re looking for, I really feel like it will be because of Destiny’s hard work and excellent customer service. This was my first time shopping for an Audi, and I had one of the worst interactions ever with a dealer here. This is not a review about the dealership as a whole, but the overall encounter I had with one of the worst interactions ever with a dealer here. This is not a review about the dealership as a whole, but the overall encounter I had with the brand specialist, Deborah Lessin, ruined my entire experience there. She began to talk about my character after a deal did not follow through on her end. After I ended the text conversation with her, she proceeded to call my direct cell phone line to go on again about how “I should not be doing business the way I am” and that “I should hold more integrity as a learning lesson moving forward.” The text messages prior to the phone conversation were unpleasant, so I apologized and wanted to end it there, but she decided to call me. If you are a business salesman/woman, your conversations are about business unless you are attempting to be kind or respectful to the buyer. The conversation should never be directed at someone, especially if you do not know that individual personally beyond your brief encounter with them on a sale. I really hope whoever is reading this that you do not have the same nasty encounter I did at this dealership. I would avoid her if you can. Again, I’m not talking about the dealership as a whole. Just my encounter with an individual there that has made it unpleasant. More
AWFUL SALES DEPARTMENT Just got home from Audi Wynnewood and I must say my experience was pathetic and disgraceful. My husband and I (9 MONTHS PREGNANT walked into the deale Just got home from Audi Wynnewood and I must say my experience was pathetic and disgraceful. My husband and I (9 MONTHS PREGNANT walked into the dealership with our 6-year-old to look at the Q7 as I am expecting in a few weeks. As we walked in, the male salesperson closest to the door on our right side, got up and walked away. Then as My husband and I walked started walking towards the Q7 which was parked at the back of the show room, we watched as all the sale men just stood there to our right and not one acknowledged us, spoke to us or even uttered a word to us. They just stood at their desk talking to each other and looking over. Once at the Q7, I said to my husband "If no one acknowledges us in the next 3 minutes, I am leaving". No one else was on the showroom floor looking at cars. 3 minutes later, NO ONE HAD COME OVER TO SPEAK TO US OR GREET US. I said to my husband" Let’s go”. As I walked out, they remained at their desk and again, no one spoke. I got to the door, a female sales person that was helping another customer in her office, saw me and said " Hello, did anyone assist you?" and I informed her that not only did no one greet us, acknowledge us or speak to us. At that point, the salesperson who got up when we walked in (who was peeking from the back) walked over and attempted to give my husband his business card. The level OF disrespect, lack of customer service, discrimination WAS SO REAL TODAY. We left and went to the BMW dealership and the service was night and day. They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door and the service was impeccable and amazing. AUDI WYNNEWOOD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, THEIR SALES STAFF AND SERVICE. TOTAL DISGRACE. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and t One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I’ve worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I will never step foot in that dealership again. More
