In all my years of vehicle ownership, I have never been more satisfied with a service department as I am with Audi in Wynnewood. He did not try and up-sell me on unnecessary services . Also, as I was waiting for my wife to pick me up, I overheard a conversation between the service manager and one of associates about a customer that needed to be taken to the airport after he dropped off his car for service. They set it up with no issue and let the customer know it would be no problem. That is amazing customer service. These guys have the utmost respect for your time. It very refreshing to see this in a world where customer service seems to be slowly dying. More

Pretty good experience I have reviewed this dealer and my sales person last year and did not give a very good review, but I wish to change that. I have had great customer service and follow-up and the price I paid for the car(pre-owned A5) was very good considering the car wasn't in a bad shape as I have seen with similar cars. I would have liked for Chris to follow-up after the purchase to ask how I liked the car, but overall I was pleased with his service. I would like to add that I was pleased with the way he delivered the car the day we signed the paperwork. The reason I'm editing my review is because I am actually working with him again(with Audi Reading) to get me in another A5 and so far he's been awesome! Woohoo!
